SHIPPING
The minimum shipping charge for any order is $7.00 - this includes insurance. However, if after reviewing your order, it becomes apparent that the cost of shipping will be more, we will notify you of the higher shipping charge via e-mail. To complete the order, you will then need to confirm your approval of the new order total. Your credit card will be charged only after we have received your approval.
RETURNS
We guarantee the quality of all our items. If the quality is inferior it is our fault and we will replace or refund your money. We reserve the right to deduct postage cost. Any errors that YOU make in ordering that must be exchanged will be subject to a $5.00 service charge plus shipping charges involved.
